Le Parfait Familia Wiss jars are a mason-style jar made from heavy-duty tempered glass, perfect for pressure canners and water baths. The 2-piece lid assembly features a flat lid (sealing cap) and a screw lid, ensuring a secure seal. The sealing caps are shipped inverted to prevent damage and are single-use only. The screw lid holds the sealing cap in place during heat processing and serves as a storage lid once opened. Note that the lid sizes (82mm, 100mm, and 110mm) are non-standard and only compatible with Le Parfait replacement sealing caps and lids. -

Please note that sealing discs are not supplied in a box. To be used with Le Parfait Familia Wiss 100mm screw lids. -

The 100mm screw lids fit perfectly with 350ml, 500ml, 750ml, and 1000ml (standard) Le Parfait Familia Wiss Terrines. To be used with Le Parfait Familia Wiss 100mm sealing caps. -
