What's Included
The Presto 23-Quart Induction Stovetop Canner
This kit features the Presto 23 quart canner, complete with a 3-piece regulator. This model is compatible with induction stovetops as well as all standard cooktops.
Note: We only stock one model of Presto canner, available as a standalone item or in this kit.
Spare Gasket and Overpressure Plug
Ensuring you have commonly required spares on hand.
Second Rack
Makes double or triple stacking jars easier.
7-Piece Canning Accessories Kit
All the tools you need to get canning straight away are included in this multi-function accessories kit. Contains all the tools you need to start canning right away.
Recommended Jars
Jars are not included in this kit, but we recommend our range of Weck/Rex jars (excluding the juice/deli/deco shapes) or Le Parfait Familia Wiss mason jars.

The kits come complete and prepacked. We do not substitute or remove items. If you don't want some or all of the items in the kit, please purchase the individual items separately.
Packaging
The items are packed inside the body of the canner. Please make sure you open the box and open the canner to find them.
Important Note: Follow the Instructions
It is critical that you read and follow the instructions provided in the instruction manual. Specifically, ensure that you adhere to the guidelines for the amount of water to use to avoid dry boiling the canner and avoid excessive heat, which can lead to irreparable damage to the canner. Failure to follow the instructions will void your warranty.
