Warranty and Support for Harvest Right Freeze Dryers
Warranty: A 1-year Limited International Warranty applies to the Harvest Right PRO Home Freeze Dryers and vacuum pump (premier oil vacuum pumps and oil-free vacuum pumps). Warranty eligibility is determined by Harvest Right for manufacturing faults. User error is specifically excluded. Comprehensive instructions and support videos are available online to help you avoid common issues. Spare parts can be shipped to resolve most problems, ensuring minimal downtime for your freeze dryer. Harvest Right will provide: Support through telephone and e-mail, all parts deemed necessary will be provided by Harvest Right. Consumer will be responsible for: Costs of local service and cost of parts for consumer misuse and neglect of product. Costs for transportation and delivery of all parts, for any reason, from Harvest Right to Consumer.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Any modifications or add-on aftermarket accessories will void the warranty.
- Consequential or incidental damages such as property damage and incidental expenses resulting from any breach of this written or any implied warranty.
- Service calls not involving malfunction or defects in workmanship or material.
- Damages caused by unauthorized service providers.
- Parts other than Harvest Right repair parts or parts obtained from suppliers other than Harvest Right personnel.
- This product is designed and intended for personal, domestic, or household use only. It is not built or rated for continuous commercial or industrial use and may void the manufacturer warranty.
- External causes such as abuse, misuse, inadequate power supply, or acts of God.
- Products with original serial numbers that have been removed or altered.
- Using an extension cord instead of a direct line connection to the available power supply.
- Claims for personal injuries, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss (profit or revenue), however caused.
- The warranty does not apply if you are not the original owner of the freeze dryer.
