Induction Steam Juicer: Extract and Pasteurise Juice with Ease

Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the Le Pratique Steam Juicer enables you to create fresh fruit and vegetable juices, jellies, and even homemade fruit pastes with ease - all while preserving natural flavour, colour, and nutrients.

Designed for simple, efficient use, it features a triple-encapsulated base on the lower water pot for superior heat distribution and retention. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction.

Included components:

  • 1 glass lid
  • 1 stainless steel colander
  • 1 juice collector with internal chimney, silicone tube and clamp
  • 1 lower water pot (with triple-encapsulated base)

Main components

  • Top pan: perforated fruit basket where the fruit sits; steam passes through the holes to extract juice.
  • Middle pan: juice collector with a central cone/tube; juice runs down from the fruit basket into this pan and out through a side spout.
  • Bottom pan: water reservoir that sits on the heat source and produces the steam.

How it Works: Steam Extraction and Pasteurisation

  • Water in the lower section boils, producing steam that rises and penetrates cut fruit in the upper section.
  • Steam breaks up cells, releasing juice that flows into the intermediate section.
  • Juice accumulates and remains at 80°C, undergoing pasteurisation.
  • Fill bottles using the tube, and cork without temperature loss.
Key Features:
  • Cold handles and triple diffusing base for safe and efficient use
  • Compatible with all stove tops, including induction
  • Practical for small quantities of various fruits
  • Doubles as a large stock pot or vegetable steamer when not in use for juicing

Tips for use:

Always wash the product before the first use, compatible with the dishwasher.

  • Carefully clean fruits and vegetables and remove stems, cores, and seeds.
  • Place the fruit in the perforated colander, keeping it below the steam-hole level (the amount of fruit will depend on the fruit’s density).
  • Fill the bottom water pot with water, stack the juice-collecting pot and colander on top, and cover with the lid.
  • Cook over medium heat; the steam will extract the juice from the fruit, which will drip into the juice-collecting pot and can be drawn off through the hose.” you can point form these if you like
