The capability to dry up to 30 trays for herbs and flowers, 24 trays for fruit, vegetables and jerky, 15 trays for roll ups, meals and soups. The ability to be left on overnight to produce trays of tasty snacks. Can be used to incubate jars of yoghurt with the addition of a spacer ring between the tray and lid. Idle mode at 30 degrees C when timer expires. 4 x Ezi Dri Spacer Rings – Ultra (EZI0008)
Spacer Ring – Single. The spacer ring is exactly the height of a tray (being a tray with the centre removed) and can be placed on top of a tray to allow for the drying of larger items. If you use several spacer rings you can also use your dehydrator for incubating cheese or yoghurt. -
3 x Fruit Leather Solid Sheets – Ultra (EZI0012)
Ezidri Dehydrator Fruit Leather Sheet – Dehydrate your favourite soup, sauces or fruit purees using these solid Ezidri sheets which allow you to pour liquids onto the tray for dehydrating. Made of 100% food safe polypropylene. The standard sheets fit the Ezidri Ultra dehydrator. These fit a 38.5cm tray. -
3 x Herb Mesh Sheets – Ultra (EZI0001)
Ezidri mesh sheets are an excellent accessory to line your dehydrator trays. They help prevent food from falling through the spaces in the trays and from sticking to the trays. They make it much easier for jobs such as making beef jerky and laying out strips of sliced meat, as well as being useful for drying herbs and flowers. We believe that every tray in your dehydrator should have one of these screens, they are that practical and useful! Made of 100% food safe polypropylene. The Ultra sheet is larger and suits the Ezidri Ultra dehydrator (38.5cm tray). -
