The sealing caps are shipped inverted to prevent damage and are single-use only. The screw lid holds the sealing cap in place during heat processing and serves as a storage lid once opened. Note that the lid sizes (82mm, 100mm, and 110mm) are non-standard and only compatible with Le Parfait replacement sealing caps and lids.
