Lid Jammed in One Billy

We purchased 2 x 10 Litre Billy's. One was perfect and you could pull the lid out, but the second one the lid is jammed in and cannot be removed. I have contacted them and am waiting for another reply, as the 1st reply from Nicole was unsatisfactory.
