Delivery Terms
- Delivery Locations
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- We do not deliver to residential apartment blocks and units.
- Residential addresses must meet the following criteria for delivery:
- Easy access to the property.
- The buyer (or an authorised representative) must be at home at the time of delivery.
- For business addresses, delivery will be made if there is easy access and a forklift available at the delivery destination to unload.
- Delivery Process
- Delivery will be unloaded at the front yard or driveway. It is the buyer's responsibility to bring the item into the property.
- For business addresses, forklift must be available onsite to unload.
- Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer's responsibility to manage the delivery with the freight forwarder at the destination.
- If the freight company is unable to deliver due to issues caused by the buyer or at the delivery location, any additional charges incurred by OzFarmer will be passed on to the buyer.
