Once you have tried homemade cheese you will find it hard to go back to commercial stuff!

We have a range of kits available: for beginners we recommend the Ozi Cheese kit or the Beginners Italian Cheeses. The Artisan Kit is ideal if you want to start at the beginning and gradually advance to more complex cheeses.
