How to Use:

Fill the jar with contents, leaving 1-2 cm at the top.

Put the lid on and screw the bandtight (for Ball Mason jars) or position the rubber seal and clips (for Weck/Rex jars) or screw the metal lid on top (for Le Parfait Familia Wiss jars).

Place the jar inside the canister and put the vacuum lid on.

Attach the bottle stopper to the accessory hose and attach the hose to the vacuum sealer or hand pump.

Complete the vacuum cycle and release the air.

Remove the jar from the canister and check the vacuum seal.
