Each sachet contains enough culture for 5 litres of milk, so the pack of 3 will treat 15 litres total.

To make yoghurt heat milk to 85 degrees for 3 minutes and then allow it to cool to 43 degrees. Add culture at the rate of one sachet per 5 litres. Mix well to ensure it is thoroughly mixed and then incubate at 43 degrees for around 4 - 5 hours. For a thicker yoghurt, add 2 tablespoons of skim milk per litre of milk and allow to sit for at least an hour prior to heating the milk.
Shelf life is 24 months when stored in freezer
