Description
This separator is the 'economy' model, supplied by Milky of Austria. (Sold under their 'Farmland' brand.)
It will separate at the rate of 140 litres per hour. Bowl capacity is 12 litres.
The separator is factory set to give around 10% cream production from whole milk at 35°C. It can be adjusted for different volume or density of cream as desired.
Components of cast bright food-grade alloy. Ten flat and eleven ribbed separation discs are original 'Milky' brand, as in their high-value separators.
